Shipping policy and estimated delivery time
We strive to process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Denmark: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 7-10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and any customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and the total weight of your order. Check our website for current offers and details.
Customs, Taxes, and VAT
- Denmark and EU countries: VAT is included in the price, so there will be no additional charges upon receipt of the goods.
- Non-EU countries: Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are applied when the shipment reaches your country. These charges vary from country to country and are beyond our control. Any additional costs must be paid by the customer.
Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package on its journey to you.
Damage During Transport
We pack all our products with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of the damage, so we can address the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
