TRAPPED GUYS

These figures feel close to me — like people carrying stories they never got to finish telling.
They stand pressed together, searching for space, for air, for a way out.

I painted them as I felt them:
caught between noise and silence,
seen but not truly heard.

There is tension in the canvas,
but also something stubborn —
a quiet refusal to disappear.
